An AG outfit I got as a gift was missing a component. My mom (the purchaser) called and was told that she would be sent the full outfit. She should remove the missing item, pack it back up, and put the free post-paid return label on the package, and "flag down" any UPS person to take the package back.
However, there was no return label in the package.
Do they send return labels separately, maybe via USPS?

I have always received the return labels via USPS, and not with the replacement item.

Stacie, I really appreciate your help with this! I'll change my first post to reflect my question better (I went off on several tangents there). I guess we'll wait a while.

CS sent me a new Teepee when one of our poles broke and told us to take out what we needed and do the same thing. The label arrived about a week later and it took me three weeks to flag down a UPS guy but it all worked out. You can also drop it off at a mailboxes etc or brownstore whatever they are calling them these days. Good luck

You're lucky you get to flag down the UPS guy to take your package. They wouldn't take my package from me. Luckily, I have a UPS store close to where I live. I received my return label via USPS mail separately from the new package.
